Site Visits: Limited Time Availability
NOTE: Most people don't need a site visit. But, if you have an unusual situation, you might have questions.
If you would like to arrange a site visit, contact me soon! Once we begin installing for the season, I won't be able to make site visits prior to installation.
You'll need to have a building permit. Permits in many towns are good for 6 months or longer, so there's no reason wait – start the application process as soon as you can. Most towns have information on their website.
Important Scheduling Info
Because of the nature of our work and how weather affects everything, our scheduling at this time of year is more of a LIST and not a calendar.
We put customers in our list in the order that their deposits come in.
Your deposit guarantees your place on our list. We'll give you an estimated date, but the date can change due to weather.
We usually start work around mid-April.
Estimated dates are based on the assumption that we can start the season on time and have only "typical" weather delays. But every day of rain, cold, or high wind will will push back our schedule.
Your spot on our list is locked-in only when I receive your deposit. Sometimes your estimated place on the schedule can change if there is a delay between when we speak and when I receive your deposit.
